|---|---|
| Authorise a monthly fixed amount by Direct Debit Order which can be set at a fixed date to suit your payment requirements. (Click here for Healthcard forms) | |
| The date and amount can also be changed from month to month to suit your cash flow requirements. | |
| The funds are deducted from your personal bank account on a certain date and transferred overnight to your HealthCard account without delay. | |
Please Note:
- Debit Orders must be implemented or changed in writing up to 3 working days before the required deduction date.
- You are required to cancel your Debit Order in writing with HealthCard in order to avoid Debit Order return penalty fees.
