Annual withdrawal from
your HealthCard underway
The annual opportunity to withdraw funds from your HealthCard will
get underway in the next few weeks. All card holders will be sent
a notification letter as well as a withdrawal form via post to facilitate
the processing of applications.
Should you wish to make a cash withdrawal
from your HealthCard account, the withdrawal form should be completed
and returned to HealthCard by no later than 7 December 2007.
The indicated
withdrawal amount will then be transferred to your personal bank
account in mid-December.
It is however required that
a minimum
balance of R200 remains in the account.
