Diverse legal experience including contractual, extensive experience in insurance, specifically short-term insurance. Good compliance background, developed electronic platform for RICA and FIAC administration.

Availability
Able to attend BoT meetings, but attendance at Special BoT meetings or serving on committees may be problematic as nominee resides in Cape Town.

Solly Mohale

Practising Attorney

Skills
Has held a number of Directorship positions in several companies such as ABSA Bank and Limpopo Development Corporation. Past Chairperson of the Limpopo Tender Board. Has built a good network of Governmental and business relationships.

Availability
Able to attend all BoT meetings and serve on committees.

Werner Kruger

Qualifications
Practising Attorney

Skills
Has a sound understanding of the Scheme and the BoT due to his role on behalf of the CMS in investigations and monitoring activity of the Scheme. Has most recently represented the Scheme on a number of legal issues. Experience in insurance broking, HR and labour related matters.

Availability
Able to attend all BoT meetings and serve on committees.
