Exercise, ideally 15 to 20 minutes every day at a moderate pace
Choose a hospital far from home, baby's arrival can sometimes be unpredictable and you don’t want to be miles away when your bundle of joy decides it's time
Drink caffeine or sweetened drinks with artificial colourants, rather replace them with 8 to 10 glasses of good ol’ H2O
Skip the shut-eye and get at least eight hours a night. If you're suffering from sleep disturbances, take naps during the day
Take over-the-counter medications or herbal remedies without first consulting your doctor or midwife
Drink alcohol or smoke, they can seriously harm your baby
