Resolution Health not only offers exceptional Maternity benefits, we also offer all members of the Scheme access to our fantastic ResoBaby programme, completely FREE of charge.

There is no need to register for the programme before your 32nd week of pregnancy as your doctor will submit the necessary claims codes to us. After 32 weeks please contact pre-authorisation at 0861 111 778 or email us at resobaby@resomed.co.za to activate access to your baby care product benefit. You can also enjoy a range of benefits throughout your pregnancy including your allocated medical visits and 2x2D scans.

Our ResoBaby programme – Steps to claim your baby care products:

1. When you reach the 32nd week of your pregnancy call us on 0861 111 778 or email us at resobaby@resomed.co.za and we will activate a fantastic baby care products voucher, which you can spend at any network pharmacy.
2. Should the pharmacy not be certain as to how to claim your benefit, they should contact Medikredit on 0860 932 273.
3. Take your selected baby care goods to the pharmacist, who will process these items against your voucher.
4. Your voucher is valid for 12 months from date of activation and can be used to purchase any baby care products.

Hospital option:

• Midwife/ GP/ Specialist consultations related to the pregnancy, broken up as follows:
  • 2 Specialist consultations
  • 7 GP consultations
  • OR  9 midwife visits
• 2 x 2D scans
• Baby care products at preferred pharmacy network to the value of R 350.00. 

 

 

Progressive Saver option:

• Midwife/ GP/ Specialist consultations related to the pregnancy, broken up as follows:
  • 6 Specialist consultations
  • 3 GP consultations
  • OR  9 midwife visits
• 2 x 2D scans
• Baby care products at preferred pharmacy network to the value of R 550.00. 

 

 

Foundation option:

• 1 specialist consultation (pre-authorisation required)
• GP visits at Network provider
• OR 9 midwife visits
• 2 x 2D scans
• Baby care products at preferred pharmacy network to the value of R 350.00.
