What is the Voila! lite?
- Voila! lite is the loyalty programme for HealthCard which is not linked to any specific medical scheme.
How do I become a Voila! lite member?
- By completing a Voila! lite application form, which can be obtained from the website, or by clicking on Application form (under Application Process). You can mail your completed application form to:

- Drop off the application form and a copy of your ID at your nearest Resolution Offices.
- You must sign the application form in black ink on the front and the back at the provided spaces. Voila! lite requires an originally signed application form. Unfortunately, we cannot accept a copy. All members must also provide Voila! lite with a copy of their ID document for FICA purposes.
Who qualifies for membership?
- You and your immediate family qualify for membership. Anyone over the age of 18 years qualifies for a HealtCard and you can also obtain secondary cards for family members.
Do I need to be a member of Resolution Health to qualify as a member of Voila! lite?
- No, Voila! lite is the loyalty programme for Healthcard which is not linked to any specific medical scheme.
Is the funeral and accidental debility applicable to the entire family?
- No, the funeral and accidental debility cover is only available to the main member of Voila! lite.
When do I qualify for the benefits?
- Once your application form has been processed and your HealthCard is in credit, you have access to all benefits. Your Voila! lite membership must be paid in full to qualify for a continuous benefit.
How do I pay for Voila! lite membership?
- Membership is funded through the HealthCard. Your card has to be funded to ensure that a R30 deduction for membership can be raised successfully from your card every month.
Do I receive a card as proof of membership?
- No, a card is not issued as proof of Voila! lite membership. When you do online shopping or require assistance telephonically, your details will be verified against the Voila! lite database.
How is payment facilitated?
- A member would fund the HealthCard through EFT, debit order or cash deposit. Membership fees (which are R30 for 2009), are then transferred from the HealthCard to Voila! lite. This is done automatically and a member does not need to action it. Authorisation is given on the Voila! lite application form.
Do I earn interest on my money?
- Yes, market-related annual compounded interest is paid monthly.
Do I have to have a HealthCard to belong to Voila! lite?
- Yes, Voila! lite is the loyalty programme for those belonging to HealthCard. Membership payment is also facilitated through HealthCard. How do I fund my HealthCard?
- The HealthCard can be funded any time and with any amount, through the following 3 methods:

| Authorise a monthly fixed amount by Direct Debit Order, which can be set at a fixed date to suit your payment requirements. (Click here for HealthCard forms) | ||
| The date and amount can also be changed from month-to-month to suit your cash flow requirements. | ||
| The funds are deducted from your personal bank account on a certain date and transferred overnight to your HealthCard account without delay. | ||
| 2. Electronic Bank Transfers or personal Stop Orders | ||

- Please Note:
- Debit Orders must be implemented or changed in writing up to 3 working days before the required deduction date.
- You are required to cancel your Debit Order in writing with HealthCard in order to avoid Debit Order return penalty fees.

How do I cancel membership?
- You must inform Voila! lite in writing when you want to cancel your membership. This can be done through e-mail (voila@resomed.co.za), fax (011 801-2082) or by mailing a letter to:

- Membership is compulsory for the first 12 months. A member can keep their HealthCard account although Voila! lite membership is cancelled. Should a member wish to cancel both and a credit balance exist in the HealthCard, the funds will be paid into the account indicted in writing by the member.
What happens if my card is not funded and membership payment cannot be processed?
- You can contact the Call Centre on 011 796-6464 and arrange for an Electronic Fund Transfer (EFT).
Do I have access to benefits if my membership payment could not be processed successfully?
- Your name will not appear on the active membership database and you will therefore not have access to benefits. If membership is not funded for 3 consecutive months, your membership will be terminated and your card will be closed. All debit balances will be handed over for legal action.
Will the partners change from time to time?
- Yes, partners may change from time to time. Voila! lite will always endeavour to replace them with similar ones. All changes will appear on the website.
How will Voila! lite communicate with me?
- Voila! lite will communicate with members through e-mails, sms or website depending on the message. In cases where it is required by law, hard copies will be sent to members.
How do I comply to the rules of Voila! lite?
- By signing the Voila! lite application form, a member agrees to the rules of Voila! lite.
